DE CASSIA CASES is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels and if you do we encourage you to contact Australian Post directly including your tracking number. Please make sure to enter in the correct shipping address. We are not able to cancel your order after they have been placed. If you have noticed that you added an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. To request an update on your address, please click here.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact Australia Post. DE CASSIA CASES does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.
WILL THERE BE TRACKING NUMBER INCLUDED?
Yes, once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation to your email included with your tracking number

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped (excluding Saturday, Sundays, and Holiday). You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Tracking data usually becomes available within a few hours after the package is being picked up.
